Shipping Policy
Order processing time is currently 1-2 business days and shipping times vary by destination. Keep in mind that shipping times do NOT include processing time. For example, if processing time is up to 5 days, and first-class shipping might take up to 3 days excluding Sundays, it would take about 8-10 days to receive your order, so please plan accordingly. Due to increased volume of packages and potential delays with shipping carriers, items might take longer than usual to arrive. Once an order is picked up by the shipping carrier, it is out of my hands. If an item were to get lost in transit, it is not the seller's responsibility. It is the buyer's responsibility to contact the shipping carrier, Canada Post, and resolve the issue. Lost packages will not be refunded or replaced. You agree to these terms when purchasing.
