Care instructions
Polymer clay is a robust material, however handmade earrings should be handled with care so they don’t get damaged or broken. The following tips will help you look after your earrings and keep them looking their best!
Take care when removing your earrings from the backing card so to avoid bending or breaking the findings. Be particularly careful with studs, as while they are attached securely, rough handling may weaken the post.
Remove when showering, or if you’re going swimming. Take care when applying perfume, lotions or hairspray etc, as they could discolour your earrings.
If your earrings get any dirt or make up on them, wipe gently with a soft damp cloth to clean them
When not in use, they’re best stored in a container to avoid being scratched, somewhere dry and out of direct sunlight. Take particular care if earrings have a varnished finish as any scratches could remove the glossy coating. Take care not to drop or bash your earrings as this could break your earrings or smaller clay details could come off with the impact.
Do not try to bend your earrings as this may result in them breaking or damage to the smaller details.

Yes! Polymer clay earrings are extremely light weight and super durable when made with care.

What is the material of the jewelry findings?
Any extra accent pieces are made from high quality brass. The jewelry findings that are incorporated into my jewelry are of high quality and I use
18k gold/silver plated brass for the embellishments and other parts of the jewelry.

I highly recommend you DM or email me to ask certain questions. Although,
most of the time I do not.

Are you sustainable?
Polymer clay is a Non-Toxic PVC-based medium , and they are zero-waste and eco-friendly. I mould, colour mix, texturize, cut, bake, sand and assemble the clay all by hand with lots of love and attention to detail. Because of the nature of the making process, no two earrings will be exactly the same and there might be some variations but each piece will be beautiful and unique on its own.I do my utmost to create in small batches as well as consistently reuse the scraps that are from my previous projects to the best of my ability.

Can I return my item for a Refund or Exchange?
Due to hygiene reasons I cannot offer any exchange or refund on my products. I do not accept damaged or defective items due to a bad delivery processing.

IMPORTANT: For product safety, to avoid lost/stolen parcels and to avoid longer delivery timings, We suggest you upgrade shipping to a tracked parcel.
